Sway In The Morning Freestyle: Arsonal & Loaded Lux

"I'm Kevin Durant when letting go from a distance/ I'm guaranteed to hit my target I'm exposing the wittness"-Arsonal

"Ima recorder I take the order that make it mine/Yeah they can rhyme, I just got the shit that the game rewind"-Loaded Lux

BARS, BARS, BARS!!!! I can't and can not stress what these two emcees bring back to the game. BARS! If  you are an emcee and you feel you can compete on a lyrical capacity with them, really ask yourself would I battle these two? Like when you sign into Call of Duty and think you are highly ranked because you put a lot of time into it, think about the quality of  the competition....Was they a bunch of amateurs ....Were they new?....Were they competition for you?....

Arsonal and Loaded Lux have just lifted the BARS for what I like to call ELITE Emcees. Hand picked BARS like a professional Olympian bodybuilder.

With a long list of new and up-and-coming Hip Hop artists spewing out of the wood-works, Kendrick Lamar holds it down on this exclusive (even though its on youtube, but not on his fan page) freestyle on SiriusXM Shade45. Tony Touch opened up with a lill "Big Tigger In the Basement" freestyle...I'm not hatin...But your boy Kendrick droped a dope freestyle for the airwaves and held his ground as an emcee.

Now do you think Kendrick is the next best thing coming out of the West Coast? Well leave a comment below and let me know who's the next emcee to resurrect the west. If it ain't the Game crying to do it, then who will?

Rock The Bells In the Bay Area!!!

"Rock The Bells 2012 (in Montainview, Cali) was one of my best Hip Hop festivals ever!!" -DJ OHH!

Looking back on what an incredible-well put together festival with a buffet of Hip Hop performances from the legendary naughty By Nature,Method Man and Redman, Prodigy and future artists such as J Cole, Yelawolf, Dom Kennedy just to name a few. There's something to be said about how the Hip Hop culture can be wide-spread for all people no matter what our differences. Here I was in the midst of the #BayArea screening what they call Hip Hop, no matter if the artist was regional or recognized world-wide. The crowd loved it, even though hypothetically 95% of the performers shouted out "bay area" to get the crowd's buy-in.

"Its not where you're from; its where you at."--Mobb Deep

In Cali, we trust...LOL.A huge shout-out to everyone that came out from the bay, the luv was definitely there. And of course a big standing ovation shout out to all the artists that came out and performed. I know its not hard to come out to Cali for good weather and "Girl Scout Cookies", ya dig lol......

Nas Speaks On 'The Source's Top 50 Lyricist List', Longevity & More On MSNBC’s The Ed Show

The Legendary, one of the illest lyricist of all time, Nas was  recognized by the Source Magazine as #2 out of 50 emcees dead/alive.
In the video clip below Michael E. Dyson interviews Nas on receiving the accolade on MSNBC, and speaks about his continuous passion for Hip Hop and a little of his personal life.

The big homie Nas has always been an inspiration to me since his debut album Illmatic, and he always was my top 5 dead or alive. As a youngster playing his music I grew up just listening to it at leisure, but I understand more of his message as an adult now and the messages then are still relevant to the times today.
